Heat Treatment Facilities

Heat treatment is main part of metal casting design as per engineer and it’s a very high value method used to improvement of the quality of materials. It can be change or influence the organization and the nature of cast product and can get higher strength, hardness, and improve the wear resistance and so on.

Mechanical Lab

Mechanical testing, also known as destructive testing, reveals the properties of a material under dynamic or static force. Designed to ensure that materials are suitable for their intended applications, mechanical testing includes methods such as tensile strength, yield strength compression strength, impact resistance, fracture toughness, fatigue, and hardness on various scales. Further achieved mechanical properties are a direct measure of our heat treatment process/cycle.

Spectro Laboratory

Chemical testing and analysis is the process of identifying, characterizing, and understanding the quality of materials and substances that are used in products, manufacturing, and industrial processes. In chemical testing desired and undesired elements are checked in order to avoid ambiguity during the usage of material. Normally ferroalloys, sand refractories, binders, coatings, and fluxes are tested chemically in-house. Our manufacturing unit has world-class machinery like a spectrometer and a fully automated gas-fired heat treatment plant. We check the hardness of the material produced with our high technology.
